Over twenty-four years of putting Texans in new homes.
We have been selling manufactured and modular homes in North Texas for over twenty-four years, from the lot on Highway 199 in Springtown. Starter home, a bigger place for a growing family, or something smaller now the kids have gone — we have a home for the need and for the budget.
We carry more than 250 floor plans from manufacturers we trust — Legacy Housing, Southern Energy Homes and Epic Homes. They are as customizable, spacious and modern as a site-built house, with stainless steel appliances, luxury showers, soaking tubs and porches on the plans that have them.
Buying a home is a big decision, so we stay with you the whole way: choosing the home, financing it with our in-house finance manager, and placing it — on your own Texas land, or on a homesite for sale or lease at Firefly Farms, our community right here in Springtown.
